Creativi-Tea Recap

On September 15th, members of Westfield Art Association and community at large came together to kick off another great year of art.

Everyone enjoyed a most exciting art of Origami presentation by Joy Ann Cabanos Lara, and had a chance to try our hand at making Origami. A bit THANK YOU to Joy Ann for making it a very entertaining afternoon. THANK YOU to all members who participated.

The rest of the afternoon was spent socializing, catching up after a long summer break and enjoying some delicious sandwiches and tea. Members shared resources, opportunities to learn and show their artwork and make suggestions for betterment of the group.

During our Creativi-Tea, Paul Federico, was elected President of WAA. His excitement for the future of our group is contagious and we are all recharged and excited for our new year of fun filled events!
