In Conjunction with Atelier Rosal in Rahway
We are excited to share a call to artists, “Figures,” from Atelier Rosal, located at 74 Cherry Street in Rahway. Here is the call below, and please note that you will be submitting your artwork to Atelier Rosal and not the Westfield Art Association. We know that we have so many talented artists who would enjoy a show celebrating the human figure. And we are happy to share this call for art on the date that a talented figurative painter, Istvan Sandorfi, was born.

The human figure; it’s a form that can be in motion, in action, or gesticulating a narrative by the artist. Or it can be a stoic pose insinuating inner thought, peace, or reflection. Or maybe the artist is documenting the person’s features, or the emotional moment, or the filling of space or environment. Or maybe it’s just a study of what we live with and see day in and day out.
Atelier Rosal invites you to exhibit your work in FIGURES, a celebration of the human form in ourselves, our loved ones, or in our inspiring strangers that weave into our lives.

Please send links of samples to submissions@atelierrosal.com with “Figures” in the subject line. Include title, size and medium on substrate.
I will be submitting 5 acrylic paintings all between 12″- 14″. I assume I don’t post here. Should images link or insert into doc?
