2025 Scholarship Sale – Call for Art

Each year the Westfield Art Association seeks to provide a scholarship to one or more graduating seniors from Westfield High School who intend(s) to pursue art in college. The proceeds for the scholarship come from the sale of artwork graciously donated by our member artists.

Our 2025 Scholarship Art Sale will take place at South Avenue Arts, located at 221 South Avenue in Garwood, from April 25 to May 16, 2025. We are asking our member artists to donate original unframed artwork that is either 5″ x 7″ or 8″ x 8″. Additionally, your artwork can be in any medium, (including pottery, jewelry etc.. .) with any theme. Please, no nudity or explicit content. There is a limit of 5 pieces.

These artworks will be offered for sale for $60 each with all sale proceeds going toward a scholarship for a Westfield High School senior (or seniors) who intends to pursue art in college. Our generous artists’ donations allowed us to raise over $1,000 in 2024.

Please use the form below to submit your artwork. We encourage you to submit as many pieces as you can so we have many creations for sale. If you have trouble with the form or uploading digital images of your art, please email us. Please submit digital images of your artwork using the form below by April 18, 2025.

Artwork will be on display in person at South Avenue Arts from April 25 to May 16, 2025. Drop off of artwork will be from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 22 and 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 23. If you cannot drop off your art during those times, please let us know and we will make other arrangements.
