Artist Statement
My approach to painting follows that of one of her teachers aptly named “Mr. Solomon,” “It’s about the process, not the product.” I enjoy experimenting with different media and styles, from realistic to abstract, especially getting “in the flow” with no preconceived notions. It’s all about the joy of painting. I appreciate and am inspired by the work of fellow artists.
