Artist Statement
I use photography to capture and explore the world around me, highlighting art inspired by Nature, from the iridescence of insects to flowing water and landscapes. I enjoy offering unique perspectives on common subjects, such as the changing shapes of incense smoke, encouraging viewers to see familiar things differently.
While my main focus is nature, driven by scientific curiosity and attention to detail, I photograph anything that intrigues me. Macro photography is my favorite, as it reveals textures and patterns often missed at a distance, allowing viewers to appreciate the intricacies of overlooked objects.
My intent is to present subjects with clarity, inviting viewers to slow down and observe the familiar world anew. Post-processing enhances fine details, creating detailed visual landscapes that encourage calm and deeper observation.
